We at Spinning Dizzy will do our best to help you find the perfect garment however if it's not for some reason, her favorite color this week is purple or he has grown 2 inches this week, we will be happy to exchange or give you a credit on your next purchase( shipping cost will not be included in this amount). Please contact us before you return the item, they must have the original tags and not be worn or washed. It will be your responsability for the shipping one way.
If you find the perfect item but not the correct size, color or the waist fits but not the length please contact us and we will be happy to help you out. All custom orders will be final.
Once orders and payment have been recieved we will get your order out in 1 -2 business days, custom orders may take a few more days.
We accept Visa and Master Card for payment.
If not specified we ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post through expedited post with a tracking number and insurance.
We do our best to calculate shipping cost however it doesn't always work out. If there is a big discrepancy let us know and we will be happy to give you a credit on your next order.
