Chocolate Milk “Frappé”

Serves 2

This is a great after school smoothie and kids love it! You can play around with how sweet you want yours. Add more sweetener to taste.

  • 1 cup of full fat coconut milk *
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 -2 cups of ice

Combine everything in a blender and blend until the ice is thoroughly broken up into a “slushie” like consistency. Taste check and adjust sweetness if desired.
